The Conduit Oslo opened the doors in August 2023. They are promoted as “a collaborative community of people committed to creating a just, prosperous, and sustainable future”. The programs are updated here: https://oslo.theconduit.com/whats-on.
The Conduit Oslo was located in a historical building in the heart of the city. The building was the first business school started by Otto Treider in 1882 in Norway.
The Conduit Oslo has a cozy bar in the basement, a cute restaurant Rucola at the first floor, and several seprated areas. Rucola serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We tried several meals and drinks there.

Dishes we have tried:
Chicken Milanese Salad (chicken breast, crispy salad, rucola, parmesan, cherry tomato, lemon, garlic oil)
Pasta Oxtail Ragu (slow braised oxtails, chanterelle, olives, pearl onion, chili, tomato sauce, parmesan, crunchy capers)
Pasta Frutti di Mare (today’s selection of seafood, parsley, garlic, butter, white wine, crispy capers)
Bistecca Alla Fiorentina (Florentine T Bone Steak, served with truffle roasted vegetable, baked herbs potato and salsa verde)
Upside-down Apricot and Almond cake

Cocktails/Mocktails/Wine we have tried:
THE BEE & THE BIRDS (Naked Malt Whiskcy, Metaxa 12, Norwegian Spring Honey, Greek Mountain Tea, Meadowsweet, Lemongrass, Co2)
THE BROKEN FIX (Michter’s Rye, Branca Menta, St Germain, Roasted Pine & Lemon Balm)
The Catalyst (Martini Floreale, Lemon Balm, Copenhagen Sparkling Jamin Tea)
The Conduit (Rumish, Lime Leaf, Coffee Bean, Three Cents Pineapple Soda)
Roagna Barbera d’Asti (Barbera, Piemonte, Italia)
