Vinland Brasserie

Vinland is a stylish and informal brasserie located in Oslo’s former American Embassy, designed by renowned architect Eero Saarinen.

Head Chef Charif El Messaoudi blends French influences with American history and Norwegian ingredients to create bold, flavorful dishes from a custom-built broiler, featuring highlights like grilled lobster, porterhouse, and seasonal seafood. Restaurant Manager Miklos Revai and his team warmly welcome guests for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

The space offers various dining areas, including a Secret Room and the 60-seats Saarinen Room for events, alongside a curated wine cellar with selections for every taste.
